How to be a Tigger
Yesterday was Halloween, and although Evie didn't get any candy (sorry, Baby) she did get to dress up and tag along with Adelle and Carmen. Next year she'll get some candy. :)

Mama
Evie now says 'mama' all the time. She's quite a little babbler. I love it, of course. And you know, this will probably seem silly, but I think she actually associates mama with me. I know, she's only six months old, but if I'm not in the room she'll say it really loudly until I come in and then she just breaks out into cheesy grins. Whether or not she knows I'm 'mama', it's really cute!

Well Visit
Evie had her six month well visit today. She's doing great, but trying to get over this yucky cold we all have. She's up to 17lb 5oz and 25.75 inches long! Healthy girl! ![]()

mobility is on its way
Oh yes. She can get up on all fours now, with some difficulty, but she can do it. For Adelle, I think she had the ability to crawl way before she did, but lacked motivation. Not so with this one. The motivation is right there, but she just can't get going. She eventually gives up and just starts flailing around on her belly trying to move. It's pretty funny.
I was feeding Evie last night while Jamie and Adelle were kicking the soccer ball back and forth in the diningroom. Evie was mesmerized. So when she was done eating, I put her on the floor with the soccer ball.
Oh fun!
Must... get... soccer... ball.
Yeah. The motivation is there. It won't be long before the ability catches up with the desire. Then I'm really in trouble! ![]()
Adelle tried to teach her how to crawl last night. I have video, and will try to get it up online soon.
