time to catch up

Being out of our normal routine has really hit the blog time hard. Sorry about that. I think we are done traveling/transitioning for awhile, so I am trying to get some sort of normalcy back into our daily lives here. Let's try to catch up. Adelle had a great Christmas! Lots of fun new things to do/play with.Yay! We spent New Years with Jamie's family in Georgia and Adelle LOVED being able to play outside every day in just a light jacket. Life is good. I could go on, but I think it'll be easier to just post a few highlight pictures.

fuzz

I thought I'd post today about one of Adelle's most endearing quirks. Ever since she could crawl, she has loved fuzz. At first she would just pick up little pieces of carpet fuzz. Then she realized she could pull fuzz from her blankies. She has never stopped. She has successfully defuzzed her two blankies. Lucky for her, Aunt Ginger made an awesome fuzz-filled crocheted blanket that she now gets to sleep with. It provides and endless supply of fuzz for our sweet girl.

What does she do with it? Well, mostly she holds it in her hand when she sucks her thumb and rubs it on her nose. When she's not tired or snuggly, though (the only time she does that), she tends to stash it around the house. I find fuzz everywhere. Just today I did a quick walk-through before this post and found the following fuzz stashes (it delights her when she finds some fuzz that she has stashed somewhere in the house).
